I first found some nice fabric from my stash....................
I had page 48 Aunt Sukey's Choice. Since quilting is an art I love putting my own spin on things. I'm calling it Aunt Sukey's switch-a-ruskey, you'll see why on the finished block

Follow instructions for flying geese if you're not familiar with this.
And voila the switch-a-ruskey!
With all those HST I kite tailed them as they were sewn together, this makes for less cutting and speeds up the process a bit.
I found it easiest to start in the center and move out. I squared up the block between attaching F to E's and E's to D's.
These 2 are friends.
